The GTA 6 Story: Jason, Lucia & the Return to Vice City

Vice City, USA. Jason and Lucia have always known the deck is stacked against them. But when an easy score goes wrong, they find themselves on the darkest side of the sunniest place in America — in the middle of a criminal conspiracy stretching across the state of Leonida, forced to rely on each other more than ever if they want to make it out alive.

The Setting: Leonida

After nearly two decades away, Rockstar is returning to Vice City — this time as the beating heart of a larger fictional state called Leonida. Expect sun-bleached beaches, neon-lit strips, humid swamps and everglades sprawl, all rendered at a fidelity we've never seen in a GTA game before.

The Duo: Jason & Lucia

For the first time in the series, you'll switch between a playable duo bound together by circumstance. Lucia is the series' first female protagonist, and early footage frames her and Jason as a modern Bonnie-and-Clyde pair — small-time hustlers who bite off more than they can chew.

What "Easy Score Gone Wrong" Means

The tagline hints at a classic crime-thriller arc: a job that was supposed to pay the bills spirals into a state-wide conspiracy. Cartels, corrupt cops, influencers, gang wars — everything Rockstar satirises about modern America gets pulled into Jason and Lucia's orbit.
